Khuda Bakhsh Sheikh

Khuda Bakhsh (or Bux) Sheikh (Urdu: خُدا بخش شیخ‎, Hindi: ख़ुदा बख़्श शेख़) was a noted Urdu writer and poet from the Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh, India. He has written poetry in Arabic, Urdu and Persian.

He was a follower of a Sufi master Waris Ali Shah.[1] His book Tohmat-ul-Asfiya is the biography of Waris Ali Shah.[2] In 1877 he collected Waris Shah's sayings in a book titled Malfuzat-i-Haji Waris 'Ali Shah.[1]
