Li Hui (Chinese: 李辉, born 1953[1]) is a Chinese diplomat. He is the incumbent Chinese Ambassador to Russia,[1] presenting his credentials to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on 16 December 2009.[2] He was appointed by the then Chinese President Hu Jintao on 13 August 2009, succeeding Liu Guchang.[1] Li was previously Vice Foreign Minister of China.[1]
