Liotyphlops beui is a species of nonvenomous snake in the Anomalepididae family.[2][3] The species is endemic to Brazil,[1] where it is common.
Etymology
The specific name, beui, is in honor of "T. Bue" who collected the type specimen.[4]
Geographic range
L. beui is found in the Brazilian states of Espírito Santo, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and São Paulo.[1]
Type locality: Butantan, São Paulo, Brazil.[1]
