The following is a list of musicians who have been members of American thrash metal band Anthrax since their formation in New York City in 1981. The current lineup consists of vocalist Joey Belladonna, lead guitarist Jonathan Donais, rhythm guitarist Scott Ian, bassist Frank Bello and drummer Charlie Benante.

Scott Ian has been the only constant member of Anthrax.

Joey Belladonna
