List of CAF club competition winners
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is the governing body for association football in Africa. It organizes three club competitions: the CAF Champions League (formerly African Cup of Champions Clubs), the CAF Confederation Cup and the CAF Super Cup. CAF was also responsible for the African Cup Winners' Cup and the CAF Cup, until their merging in 2004 when CAF Confederation Cup took their places. Together with Asian Football Confederation (AFC), it also organized the Afro-Asian Club Championship, which was last held in 1998, before its replacement by FIFA's Club World Cup .
Egyptian side Al Ahly have won a record total of 20 titles in CAF competitions, nine more than his local rival Zamalek and eleven more than Mazembe (Democratic Congo) and ES Sahel (Tunisia). There is no team have won every CAF club competition, only Espérance had a chance to do it if they won the CAF Confederation Cup. Espérance won the Champions League for the first time in 1994, its first Cup Winners' Cup in 1998, its first CAF Cup in 1997, its first caf super cup in 1995, and the first Afro-Asian Club Championship Cup in 1995.
Egyptian clubs have won the most titles (35), ahead of clubs from Tunisia (22) and Morocco (15).
Club World Cup is not included in this list because it's a FIFA competition.

The following table lists all the clubs that have won at least one CAF club competition. Al Ahly hold the record for the most overall titles (20), with Zamalek coming in second with 11 titles.
ES Sahel is the only team to have won all four of Caf's main club competitions African Cup of Champions Clubs/CAF Champions League, African Cup Winners' Cup, CAF Cup and CAF Confederation Cup. Espérance had a chance to be the only team to win all CAF competitions if they won the CAF Confederation Cup. Al Ahly have a record of 8 CAF Champions League titles, a record of 4 African Cup Winners' Cup titles and a record of 6 CAF Super Cup titles. Kabylie have a record of 3 CAF Cup titles. Sfaxien have a record of 3 CAF Confederation Cup titles. Zamalek have a record of 2 Afro-Asian Club Championship titles.

The following table lists all the countries whose clubs have won at least one CAF competition. Egyptian clubs are the most successful, with a total of 35 titles. Egyptian clubs hold a record number of wins in the African Cup of Champions Clubs/CAF Champions League (14), the African Cup Winners' Cup (8), the CAF Super Cup (9) and the Afro-Asian Club Championship (3). while Tunisian clubs have the most victories in the CAF Cup (4) and the CAF Confederation Cup (5). In third place overall, Moroccan clubs have secured 15 titles.
