The Lithuanian Women's Handball League (Lithuanian: Lietuvos moterų rankinio lyga), is the top-tier team handball competition in the Republic of Lithuania.

2013/2014 season withdrawals
In 2013-2014 season four regular teams withdrew from the league: MRK KKSC Panevėžys, MRK KKSC Utena, Tauras-Vilniaus bakalėja Vilnius, Širšės Kaunas.[2]
