The Lopatna River is a right tributary of the river Cricovul Sărat in Romania. It discharges into the Cricovul Sărat in Coșerele. It flows through the villages Cărbunești, Surani, Șoimari, Măgura, Matița, Podenii Noi, Sălcioara, Valea Dulce and Priseaca.
