MS Roald Amundsen is an upcoming new hybrid powered Hurtigruten (Norwegian Coastal Express) expedition cruise ship.[4] She will be built by Kleven Yards of Norway and is expected to be launched in 2018.[1] She and her sistership Fridtjof Nansen will be the first hybrid powered ships in the Hurtigruten fleet.[2]
