MVTV-3 is a Government-access television (GATV) cable TV station based in Moreno Valley, California. The station is broadcast daily on the Time Warner Cable system on channel 3.
Channel 16 includes MVEdTV and VVTV (Educational-access television programming for the Moreno Valley Unified School District and the Val Verde Unified School District), and KRCC (Channel 17) includes educational programming of the Moreno Valley Campus of Riverside Community College.
As of February 2008, MVTV Channel 3 launched live and on-demand access of the City Council meetings, Planning Commission meetings and other City-produced television programming, using the technology, provided by San Francisco-based Granicus Inc.
