Mack Bernard Rhoades IV is the current athletic director at Baylor University, announced on July 13, 2016.[1] He formerly held the same position at the University of Missouri. On March 8, 2015, it was announced he would be leaving the University of Houston to take over the Athletic Director position at the University of Missouri. Rhoades had been hired at Akron in December 2005 after former Zips athletic director Mike Thomas took the same position at the University of Cincinnati.
Rhoades is a former senior associate and assistant athletic director at University of Texas at El Paso. Prior to his arrival at Akron, he had worked in the UTEP athletics department since 1998.
