Manukau Supa Centa is a regional shopping centre located in Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand. It was opened in 1998.[2]
The shopping centre was sold by AMP Capital Investors to Canada's Public Sector Pension Investment Board in 2014.[1] The shopping centre was described as one of New Zealands largest shopping centres.[3] Winston Peters described the deal as another sad case of so-called international investors swapping properties amongst themselves.[4]
