Marcin Pochwała (born February 14, 1984 in Nowy Sącz) is a Polish slalom canoeist who has competed since the early 2000s.
He won a bronze medal in the C-2 team event at the 2003 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Augsburg. He also won six silvers and two bronzes at the European Championships.
Competing in four Summer Olympics in the C2 event, he earned his best finish of fifth in 2012 in London and again in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro. He was 8th in 2008 and 10th in 2004.
He has changed C-2 partners several times during his career. He's had most success competing alongside Paweł Sarna and Piotr Szczepański.
