Marlon Rafael Palharini Gonzalez (born February 3, 1984) is a male volleyball player. He has a double nationality, Brazilian by birth, and Spanish by family origin.
At 1.94 m tall, his position is outside/hitter. 156 times international with the men's national team of Spain. He was part of the team that militate 2010 FIVB World Championship men's volleyball in Italy.
One of his main virtues are power jump and attack speed. Currently under the colors of Volleyball Chênois city of Geneva in Switzerland.
