Matthew Gotrel (born 1 March 1989) is a British rower. At the World Rowing Championships 2014 in Amsterdam he was a member of the gold medal winning eight and this was repeated in 2015 at Aiguebelette. He won a gold medal in the men's eight event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[1] Gotrel is a Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
