McDermott, Alberta
McDermott is an unincorporated community in Alberta, Canada within the Lethbridge County that is recognized as a designated place by Statistics Canada.[1] It is located on the west side of Range Road 224, 1.0 km (0.62 mi) south of Highway 3.
Demographics
As a designated place in the 2011 Census, McDermott had a population of 68 living in 22 of its 22 total dwellings, a 33.3% change from its 2006 population of 51. With a land area of 1.13 km2 (0.44 sq mi), it had a population density of 60.2/km2 (155.9/sq mi) in 2011.[2]
As of the 2006 Census of Canada, McDermott had a total population of 51 living in 16 dwellings. With a land area of 1.13 km2 (0.44 sq mi), it had a population density of 45.1/km2 (117/sq mi).[1]
