Microdiplatys oculatus is an extinct species of earwigs, in the genus Microdiplatys, family Protodiplatyidae, the suborder Archidermaptera, and the order Dermaptera.[1] It is one of only two species in the genus Microdiplatys, the other being Microdiplatys campodeiformis.[2]
