Mihail Martsinovich (Belarusian: Міхаіл Марціновіч; Russian: Михаил Алексеевич Мартинович; born 14 September 1979) is a retired Belarusian footballer. Since 2013 he is a youth squad coach for his last club Slavia-Mozyr.
