Mira Trailović (Serbian Cyrillic: Мира Траиловић; 22 January 1924 in Kraljevo – 7 August 1989 in Belgrade) was a Serbian dramaturg, theatre director and founder of Atelje 212 Theatre.

She studied dramaturgy in Academy for theatre art in Belgrade. On that faculty she was one of the professors. In 1967 together with Jovan Ćirilov she founded BITEF (Belgrade International Theatre Festival).[1] There, she produced and/or directed Yugoslavia's first productions of Hair and Oh, Calcutta!,[2] among many others.

She lived in Paris and worked in Theatre of Nations. She received the most prominent French award: Légion d'honneur. In 1988, she was awarded the Statuette of Joakim Vujić.[3]

Her nickname was Bulldozer in fur coat (Serbian: Buldožer u bundi). In her honour a square is named after her near the Bajlonijeva pijaca (Bajloni market) in Belgrade in front of the Bitef Theatre.
