Route 180 is a highway in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Its western terminus is at Interstate 270 (I-270) in Bridgeton, and it runs through the western suburbs of St. Louis to terminate at Goodfellow Boulevard within the city limits. The road is known as St. Charles Rock Road in St. Louis County and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in the cities of Wellston and St. Louis.
