Mita Overvliet (born 5 January 1979) is a Dutch female weightlifter, competing in the 69 kg category and representing Netherlands at international competitions. She competed at the 2007 and 2014 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] Overvliet was sanctioned for using the dopings Norandrosterone and Furosemide from 23 May 2011 for four years.[2] She was tested during the 2011 European Weightlifting Championships where she finished eleventh.[3][4]
Overvliet was member of the Energym Assen in Assen and was trained by Remco Eenink. She trained and lived in Olympisch Steunpunt in Frankfurt Oder.
