Motopony is a band hailing from Tacoma, Washington and Seattle, Washington in the Pacific Northwest.[1] Their self-titled debut album was self-released on November 14, 2009. On October 29, 2009, they were featured on the cover of Tacoma's Weekly Volcano.[2] In December 2009 their album was placed in rotation on Seattle's public radio station KEXP where they would later chart on the December 9, January 10, and February 2010 variety charts.[3] On January 25, 2010, their song "Seer" was used as KEXP's "Song of the Day" podcast[4]
