Motorola Canada head office
Motorola Canada head office at Warden Avenue and Highway 407 stands at 7 floors with 224,000 square feet (20,800 m2) of office space. It is the head office of Canadian operations of Motorola and relocated from North York, Ontario (at Steeles and Woodbine Avenues) and several other locations in the Greater Toronto Area in the late 1990s.[1]

- research and development, including testing laboratories
- training rooms for the Motorola University and exhibition space
It is one of the few high rise office buildings in Markham, Ontario and is the western anchor of the Downtown Markham area.
The complex is served by Warden Vivanext BRT station and Toronto Transit Commission Warden 68 bus route.
