Naka (那賀町 Naka-chō) is a town located in Naka District, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.
It was founded on March 1, 2005 from the merger of the towns of Aioi, Kaminaka and Wajiki, and the villages of Kisawa and Kito, all from Naka District.
As of 2006 the town has an estimated population of 11,458 and a density of 16.49 persons per km². The total area is 694.86 km².
