Nataliya (or Natalia) Kuznetsova (née Trukhina) (born July 1, 1991) is a Russian professional powerlifter (acting categories without doping control) and bodybuilder.[3] She is a world armlifting champion and world bench press champion, setting a new world record. She is also currently the European bench press and deadlift champion.[2] She is considered by many as the most muscular woman on the planet.[1][4]
Education
In 2008, Nataliya started school at the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture. In 2013, she graduated from Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture.[4][5]
Powerlifter career
At 14 years old, Nataliya began to strive to become a powerlifter. As a 90-pound child, she was very active, especially when it came to combat sports and powerlifting.[1] She started hitting the gym in order to gain a few extra pounds, under the guidance of her coach Alexei Ivanov.[2] She has a very strict diet.[4][6]

Anabolic steroid usage
Nataliya is open about using anabolic steroids. She takes estrogen blockers.[6] She has admitted to taking 150 – 200 mg of Primobolan or proprionate before competitions, and 20 mg of oxandrolone on training days. She claims she was at one point tempted to also try growth hormones, insulin and peptides, but ultimately decided they were not for her. She claims steroids give professional powerlifters an edge during competitions and sports she is currently involved in do not require drug tests.[2]

Personal life
Nataliya is married to Vladislav Kuznetsov. She currently lives in Moscow, Russia.[9] From 2011 to 2013, she had plastic surgery breast augmentation was performed. She is bisexual.[10] On October 23, 2016, she played a cameo as one of the prostitutes during "Manon Lescaut" on the same stage with Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazovavym at the Bolshoi Theatre.[4][11]
