The National Trade Union Congress of Belize is a central trade union federation representing the majority of workers in Belize. The NTUCB is affiliated to the International Trade Union Confederation and the Caribbean Congress of Labor. Its current President is Marvin Mora who replaced Dylan Reneau on January 31st 2015. Dylan Reneau had been President of the NTUCB for 8 years. The NTUCB is an umbrella organization for ten unions in Belize. These include:

- Belize Water Services Workers Union
- Belize Energy Workers Union
- Public Service Union
- Belize Communication Workers Union
