Nayakampalli

Nayakampalli is a village in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India. There are two villages with this name one is K.Nayakampalli and other is P.Nayakampalli. P.Nayakampalli has a postal facility, one high school (Z.P.H.S. Nayakampalli), one elementary school and also have one private school. It is 9 km from Peddapuram and 15 km from Jaggampeta.

Occupation

Mainly this villagers are dependent on agriculture and is depending on rainfall and lift irrigation. These people cultivate paddy and other commercial crafts like cotton, tobacco, chillies ..etc.

Education institute and History

In the year 1935 a management school in K.Nayakampalli was founded by Sri. Vinjamuri Venkata Ramayya, Sanskrit scholar of the village during the days of British rule in India. His sons Sri Vinjamuri Acthuta Ramayya, Ayurveda Doctor and sri. Vinjamuri Venkata Subbarao, Aurveda doctor and astrologer served as manager and lower grade teacher of the school. Sri Vinjamuri Venkata Ramayya son of Atchutaramayya, worked as School Master in Singampally, 7 km from Bikkavolu, very well known near by villages called as (Pedda Master) First school Master in that village. Vinjamuri Venkata Subrahmanyam (Tatam Mastaru) grandson of Venkata Ramayya and Son of Venkata Subbarao served as a secondary grade teacher in the same school and later received states best teacher award from the government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2001.
