News TV Quick Response Team (or simply News TV QRT) is the afternoon news broadcast of GMA News TV in the Philippines, which airs weekdays at 5:15-6:00 PM (PST).
Background
News TV Quick Response Team premiered on August 1, 2011 at 4:00pm, anchored by Jiggy Manicad. It is different from any other newscasts in the Philippines because it is the first news program in the Philippines where the anchor is not on the studio, but on the scene of the news.
On January 16, 2012, it was moved to 6:00 pm due to the coverage of the Impeachment of Renato Corona.
On June 11, 2012, it was moved again at 5:30 pm.
In 2014, QRT transferred to its earliest timeslot 5:15pm running in 45 minutes.
