Nigel Shaun Scrutton FRSC FRSB (born April 1964) has been Director of the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology since 2010.[1] He is also Professor of Enzymology and Biophysical Chemistry at the University of Manchester.
Biography
He graduated from King's College London with a first class BSc in Biochemistry in 1985 and completed his PhD at St John's College, Cambridge in 1988.[2]
He was awarded the Colworth Medal in 1999.[3]
