On the Couch with Sterlo is an Australian sports television series aired on Fox Sports on 4 March 2013.
The show will be expanded to two nights a week (Mondays & Thursdays) from Thursday, 5 March 2015.
In March 2013, Sterling began hosting a weekly NRL show on Fox Sports called 'Sterlo; airing on Thursday nights. His show was axed in 2014 due to poor ratings competing with The Footy Show and he now hosts 'On the Couch with Sterlo' which airs Tuesday nights.
