Oscaecilia bassleri is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is found in Ecuador, Peru, possibly Bolivia, and possibly Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, plantations, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
