Otaslavice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.68 square kilometres (2.97 sq mi), and has a population of 1,280 (as at 3 July 2006).
Otaslavice lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Prostějov, 27 km (17 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 207 km (129 mi) east of Prague.
