Palpita annulata is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Fabricius in 1794. It is found in India (including the Andamans and Nicobar Islands),[1] Sri Lanka, Burma, China, Taiwan and Australia (Queensland).

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are white with a yellow costa and pale yellow patches outlined in black.

The larvae feed on the foliage of various plants, including Ligustrum quihoui and Ligustrum vicaryi.[2]
