Parabanks Shopping Centre is a shopping centre located in the major shopping area of Salisbury, a suburb in the northern part of Metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia.
History
In April 2008, property group Stockland sold the shopping centre to the Angaet Group. [1]
Redevelopment
In 2015, an $18 million redevelopment of the centre was approved by the Salisbury Council's Development Assessment Panel.[2] The redevelopment consists of three stages which will involve an extension with five specialty stores added to the eastern side mall, the relocation of the Coles supermarket from its existing location into the site of the existing Harris Scarfe store and external upgrades which are due for completion in 2017.[3]
