Paya Besar is a federal constituency in Pahang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1995.
The federal constituency was created in the 1994 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Kuala Kenau, Kampung Nadak, FELDA Bukit Sagu, FELDA Bukit Kuantan, FELDA Bukit Goh, Bukit Kuin, Pekan Sungai Lembing, FELDA Lepar Utara Satu, Paya Bungor, Mahkota Jaya, Seri Fajar, Gambang, Jalan Besar, FELDA Lepar Hilir Satu, FELDA Lepar Hilir Dua, FELDA Lepar Hilir Tiga, Kampung Panching, FELDA Sungai Panching Utara, FELDA Sungai Panching Timur, Kampung Permatang Badak, FELDA Sungai Panching Selatan, Taman Tas, Pandan Permai, Bukit Rangin.
