Plenkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.37 square kilometres (1.69 sq mi), and has a population of 347 (as at 28 August 2006).
Plenkovice lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Znojmo, 55 km (34 mi) south-west of Brno, and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
