The Port of Morrow is the port authority in Boardman, a city in Morrow County, Oregon, United States, on the Columbia River.[1]
Among the industrial activities at the port site are a Cargill grain shipping facility,[2] a cellulosic ethanol plant under construction,[3] and a biogas plant under construction by Novus Pacific.[4] The port is also building a $6 million museum called the Sustainable Agriculture and Energy Center.[5]
