Povrly (German Pömmerle or Pömerle) is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Labem District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 25.57 square kilometres (9.87 sq mi), and has a population of 2,246 (as at 3 July 2006).
Povrly lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Ústí nad Labem and 68 km (42 mi) north of Prague.
