Priyadarshini College of Engineering (Marathi: प्रियदर्शनी अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय) is one of the 15 Engineering colleges in Nagpur that offers degree programmes in 6 Engineering Disciplines of Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Technology & Information Technology and Civil Engineering. It also offers 3 M.Tech programmes in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and recently Electronics Engineering. The Institute offers an MCA programme and MBA Programme also. Apart from these, the institute is an approved research centre (M.E. by Research and Ph.D Programmes) of RTM Nagpur University.
The Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur (Formerly Priyadarshini College of Engineering & Architecture, Nagpur, was established in 1990 by Shri Satish Chaturvedi under Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha. It is one of the leading engineering colleges in Maharashtra State. The Institute has been accredited in all Branches (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Technology, Electronics & Telecom and Information Technology, Aeronautical) by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi and awarded Grade A by Government of Maharashtra on the basis of excellent and adequate infrastructure as well as academic achievements of students and faculty.
Campus
The college successfully continues to attract attention of scholars from all over the subcontinent. It is set up on a sprawling 72 acres (290,000 m2) of hilly terrain of Digdoh hills at Nagpur. The campus is about 15 kilometres (4.3 mi) from Nagpur Railway Station and 10 kilometres (5.0 mi) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur. There are two entrances to the 72 acres campus, the Main Gate is on CRPF Road, and the other gate is at back side of campus.
The institute has 5 hostels for 650 boys and 3 hostels for 350 girls with well furnished airy rooms, mess and all amenities.[2]
The campus also has facilities for swimming pools, auditoriums, a computer center, sporting facilities, a Allahabad Bank branch, a Punjab National Bank ATM, cafes, coffee shops, a co-operative store.

The Engineering undergraduate programs are usually of four-year duration, while postgraduate programs are of two-year program. [3] The institute is also a recognised centre for research Research Programmes by Nagpur University which offers ME by Research.

Placement record
Placement of this year was satisfactory according to the present situation. Approx 60 students are already placed in TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES and several other in Tech mahindra, Zensar and persistant in the current academic session 2015-16. Placement record of the college was also good in the year 2014-15."
Admission procedure
Admission to the institute is through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) based on exams like SEEE and AIEEE. 50% of the seats are filled through CAP while the rest 50% are filled through the Management Quota. Direct second year admission is granted to Diploma passed students according to the vacancy of seats.

- Jigyasa
- Jigyasa is an annual 3-days event of all students of the institute which has a multiplex structure. It has a central theme as well as departmental themes local to that particular departmental society. It organizes national level paper presentations, Poster Presentations, Project Presentations along with Industrial Fair which is exclusively arranged for the sponsors and the like. JIGYASA 07 attracted as many as 2000 papers from all over the country.

Library
Library at PCE has one of the richest collection of books, National and International Journals, Magazines. There are over 11000 titles and around 40,000 volumes available for the benefit of the students. In addition to these, the library subscribes to over 35 International Journals and around 60 Journals and Magazines. The library has a built Multimedia facility with a Language lab facility where the students can listen to lectures on over 700 Engineering as well as non-engineering topics, delivered by various experts from institutes like IITs and some foreign universities.
