Project Wonderful

Project Wonderful is an advertising service created by programmer and webcomic author Ryan North[1][2][3] headquartered in Toronto, Canada.[4] Though it is not specifically designed for webcomics, they do make up the majority of its users.

Concept

Rather than paying for clicks, Project Wonderful is based on the purchase of time on a website. Advertisers bid on how much they feel time on a website is worth in an "Infinite auction".[5]

Usage

Many webcomics, including Awkward Zombie, Loading Artist,[6] Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal,[7] Questionable Content,[8] Qwantz,[9] MS Paint Adventures,[10] Sinfest,[11] Dr. McNinja[12] and A Softer World[13] use Project Wonderful as an advertising service.[14]
