Prorasea sideralis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1917.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California, Montana and Nevada.[2]

The wingspan is about 28 mm. Adults have been recorded on wing from March to July and from September to October.[3]
