Proshika, Proshika Manobik Unnayan Kendra (Proshika centre for human development) is a Bangladesh-based organization founded in 1976, that promotes self-reliance among the poor, through a network of local organizations.[1] Major emphases are on agriculture, forestry, health education, disaster preparedness, advocacy, and literacy.[2]
