Pup Cove () is a small cove on the north side of Elephant Flats at the head of Borge Bay, Signy Island, South Orkney Islands. Named by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) in recognition of the first recorded birth of a fur seal pup (Arctocephalus gazella) on the island (February 1977) since the opening of Signy station in 1947.
