Megacraspedus chalcoscia is a species of moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1904. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from South Australia and Western Australia.[1]
The wingspan is 12-13 mm. The forewings are shining bronze with a slender white costal streak from the base to two-thirds. The stigmata are indistinct, dark fuscous, with the plical very obliquely beyond the first discal. The hindwings are grey.[2]
