QNB Bank, also known simply as QNB, is an independent bank headquartered in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. There are currently 11 locations serving Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties in Pennsylvania. As of March 31, 2015, the Bank's total assets are just under $1 billion.[1]
History
QNB was founded in 1877 as The Quakertown National Bank. In 2008, the Bank converted from a National Bank to a State Bank. As the Bank no longer held a national charter, it rebranded and changed its name to QNB Bank. Throughout the Bank's 138 year history, only seven presidents have served.[2]

Operations
In addition to offering full service commercial and retail banking services, QNB Bank also provides securities and advisory services through Investments Professionals, Inc., a registered Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor. QNB also provides title insurance as a member of Laurel Abstract Company LLC.
