Qara Agaj (Tabriz)

Qara Agaj (Azerbaijani: Qara Agac, Persian: قره‌آغاج) is an old neighbourhood of Tabriz in Iranian Azerbaijan. Qara Agaj is located in west of Tabriz and is surrounded by Hokmavar and bahar neighbourhoods in north, Kucheh Bag in south and Gajil in east.

Current name of the main street in Qara Agaj is Qods. Taqlar is one of the most important alleys of Qara Agaj. Qara Agaj has been mentioned in Persian travel literature. It has several historic mosques.
