RIB Software AG is a Germany-based multinational company providing construction and building information modelling (BIM) software to customers in the architecture, engineering, real estate, and process industries and in the public. iTWO is Cloud-based Big Data BIM 5D enterprise solution for construction industry. It creates a working method that integrates 5D virtual construction into physical construction from end to end.
History
RIB was founded in Stuttgart in 1961 and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2011.[2] RIB has headquarters in Stuttgart and Guangzhou, China and has 10 offices and around 680 employees across the Europe and Middle East region, North America and Asia Pacific areas.[3]

Acquisitions
In 2012, RIB made three acquisitions: firstly, it purchased Memphis, Tennessee, United States-based estimating software business, MC²,[4] and on 30 September it announced it had taken a majority stake in Sydney, Australia-based project management software company, ProjectCentre.[5] Last, RIB acquired the controlling interest of U.S.COST in November.[6]
In August 2013, RIB acquired a majority stake in Cosinus Informationssysteme GmbH, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.[7]
In 2014, RIB Software AG acquired Denmark-based SaaS construction collaboration technology provider Docia,[8] and a 75% stake in Iceprice, provider of an E-Commerce platform for the building and construction industry.[9]
In July 2015, RIB acquired Spanish construction software company Soft SA.
