Rafiq Belhaj Kacem

Rafiq Belhaj Kacem is a Tunisian politician. He was the Minister of the Interior under former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.^[1] During the 2010–2011 Tunisian protests, he was fired by former President Ben Ali.^[2]^[3]
