Rajesh Kumar Agrawal (born 5 May 1953) is a judge on the Supreme Court of India.[1] Previously, he was the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court.[2] He assumed office as Chief Justice on 24 October 2013.[3] He was the acting chief justice of Madras High Court after his predecessor, M. Y. Eqbal, was elevated to the Supreme Court of India.
