Ralph Mooney
Ralph Mooney (September 16, 1928 – March 20, 2011)[1] was a well-known steel guitar player.[2] He played with many country and western artists, including Buck Owens, Merle Haggard and played in Waylon Jennings' band for two decades.[3]
