Raphaël Lessard (born 5 July 2001)[2] is a Quebecois stock car racer from Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, Quebec, Canada. In 2016, at age 15, and in grade 10, he became the second non-American to win the CARS Super Late Model series championship,[1] after Mario Gosselin, also a Quebecois Canadian, who accomplished the feat in 1997.[3] It was Lessard's first championship.[1] He won four of ten races during the season, including the season finale at Southern National Motorsports Park.[1]
